I received an email from another affiliate market on the coming launch of FBAutocash. I decided to spend sometime to join as an affiliate and started to review the copy even though it is already 2am in the morning! I just had the urge to do something different today as I have been hearing a lot of “Take Actions” message just before that.

OK, enough of that and now onto the review.

FBAutoCash is a brand new course by Mark Anastasi, a successful online marketer from Cyprus. It is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and one of its most popular tourist destinations.

Mark is an enterpreneur and public speaker specializing in the areas of wealth creation, marketing and neuro-programming. He sells several products through his website and I had no idea that he was involved in Facebook in any way, until now.

Anyway, the course claims that he makes at least $35,000 every month promoting on Facebook.  I’ve seen a few claims of people making money with the social media giant, and I’ve always been skeptical. I have heard that Facebook Ad costs are SO high ($1+ per click for most markets) and I’ve personally found it difficult to turn those visitors into BUYERS since everyone is there to chat and check in with friends… not buy!

I always view Facebook as a place to get your name and face out to a wider audience and this process just helps you to acquire
trust and building rapport. I find it hard to comprehend how it is possible to start something and make money using social media.

So that being said, I approached this course with an open, but somewhat cautious mind. The claim with this course is that
it has nothing to do with ‘elevating’ your name or status.  The path to making money is very direct – you sell a product, you earn
a commission. This is so different from what I have read so far.

In fact, Mark claims you can take the guide, read it tonight, and start making money TONIGHT. That’s a very bold claims!

After reading the course which is 158 pages I start to think differently. By the way out of the 158 pages, 42 of which are either case studies or testimonials, leaving approximately 116 of direct, hands-on material. The actual premise behind how and why this works is so simple, it’s one of those ideas you’ll wonder why you never thought of before.

I can absolutely see why it works, and why there has been a near 100% success rate for anyone who has actually followed the course, and stuck with it.  It’s actually very difficult to lose IF you do it correctly.

The strategy is simple – create a ton of Fan Pages, and promote affiliate links to every fan who signs up.

What will surprise you is the kind of offers that actually work.  It’s clear that throwing just ANY old affiliate link at the page won’t work – there are very specific types of offers that do well, and you’ll be surprised what they are and actually how to recruit thousands of fans to your new pages (which is really the lifeblood of the strategy).

The keys to success is to follow the steps that Mark shows in the course. The course explains the process very well with instructions and diagram.  If you deviate from the process you’ll make very little, or no money at all.

I read the entire course in one sitting, and here’s what I took from it:

* There’s basically 8 steps you need to follow for making money from Facebook.  All of these can be learned in one night, and implementing them should take 4-5 hours.

* You don’t need to use your own name, have any kind of presence, or know anything about a particular market to make money in it.  You’re actually encouraged to use pen names and remain anonymous.  I really liked that concept because it means we can tackle multiple markets with many pseudonyms, and dominate them all without tarnishing your primary name/brand.

* It costs NOTHING to run this entire business.  And when I say nothing, I really mean nothing!  This is something that really hooked me with this model of making money, and is a benefit not to be understated. Since you’re using free Facebook Fan Pages and not Facebook Advertising, your clicks cost nothing. No hosting costs, no domain names to register, no staff to employ, no product creation expenses, no merchant accounts.  You can promote anything as an affiliate and make as much money as you want, and no-one has any claim to any of it.  This is a huge benefit because it means you can build up your income at your own pace, without racking up bills and overheads that need paying.

* There’s nothing really technical about this business model.  Creating a web page means you need to know HTML, maybe javascript or PHP, editing graphics, etc. With FBAutoCash, if you already use Facebook, you know how to run this business!  You’re clicking buttons on the Facebook website that you’re already familiar with, adding friends, posting status messages, etc – stuff you probably already do with friends of family. It really is that simple.

* Realistically, it will take around 30 days to see the kind of income that can start replacing a full-time salary. That’s because you’re encouraged to add 100-200 new friends per day, per account, and you’ll be setting up multiple accounts for many different markets.  The general feeling seems to be that it takes around 4,500 to 5,000 Facebook adds (again, you’ll do 100-200 per day
very comfortably) for every $1,000 to $1,200 you make in return.  There are also ways you can outsource this, or (my personal favorite- see below), you can use software to automate nearly ALL of these tasks for you.

* What I found REALLY exciting is the software Mark has built to automate adding friends and managing promos automatically.  What that means is, instead of spending 30-45 days to make each $1,200 ‘income stream’, you can let the software take care of that for you and even run multiple accounts with it and do in minutes what it’d take the average person several days to achieve.  That’s REALLY powerful.  The software is offered as a purchase following the course and is priced VERY reasonably for the time it saves and the money you can make with it. What’s really powerful is, you’ll be able to walk away from your computer and come back a little later to find hundreds of new ‘friends’ added to your account. These are people you can start sending affiliate links and
targeted promotions to immediately.

* This is a rare course in that there are several students making a solid $25,000+ per month with it (which I’d consider to be a very decent ‘salary’ to earn from one website, with no business running costs), yet the course is step by step and extremely easy for even a newbie to follow and make some decent money with.  With so many product launches these days, it’s very rare to see something explained so clearly that so obviously works there are screenshots for every step, and everything is marked in step 1, do this… step 2, do that… format. Many courses claim it; this one actually delivers it.

Phews, that a long list of of features!

So, is it worth buying this course?

At $37 for the course, the upfront cost should get you started to make money with Facebook.

I believe making 10x the purchase price should be easy for anyone to do very quickly, if they actually follow the instructions and invest a few hours into reading the material and doing the steps. I plan to start doing my fan pages after I take a rest from this late night reading!

However you do have to make your own call as there are upsells and also continuity charges. The optional upsells make it easier and more automated so you can make more money in a smaller amount of time. They are not a necessity to make it work, they simply make your job easier by automating tasks that you would otherwise need to do manually.

The following bonuses also accompany the course (which add to the package value but honestly, you probably won’t even need them).

At the start of Day 2, Ewen and Patric asked some of the attendees to share what they have learned from Day 1. This is a good move as it re-enforce the learning experiences by recalling what we have covered in Day 1 as well as how it relates to what the attendees is planning to do or have done in their own Internet Business.

Ewen then started of Day 2 focusing on traffic generation. He covered traffic generation method using Facebook Ads, Twitter and Article Marketing. Throughout the sessions he demonstrated how to use each of these mediums to generate traffics. He also shared how he generates traffics to some of his own live site.

Ewen then outline his new Cloning Program that provides a sort of Internet-In-A-Box kind of solution to the attendees. The idea is that it is easy for a newbie to clone his mentor and do as they rather than to reinvent the wheel.  This program consists of 8 components that fast track a potential Internet Business newbies to make money on the Internet. It cover components like email marketing, auto website building, using social media for traffic generation, a two-days live workshop, 2 follow up coaching session and unlimited mentoring and support.

Due to the nature of the logistic require supporting this type of program, he can only limit this to the first 50 persons who sign up. As in any program that Ewen launch it is so popular that it almost sold out before the end of the day.

After lunch, Patric come on to speak on how to create a lifestyle business. He demonstrated how he uses YouTube to generate traffic. He also touches on what are the kinds of video that will attract viewing and what are some of the tricks and gotchar to create the videos.

He then focused on how blogging can generate income from the Internet. He shows some example of his auto-blogging site that consistently made money for him. I was pretty excited when I see that he is covering auto-blogging as I am already doing it myself. This validates that I have chosen the right approach to try to make money on the Internet.

Patric then proceed to explain how the attendees can do auto blogging through his MASS System. This is kind of a “set and forget system” when the student can learn how to create auto-blogging sites and then flip it in FLIPPA to generate income.

The last session of Day 2 is where Ewen and Patric share what they called the secrets of the Internet Business millionaire.  The go through 5 factors why many of the Internet Business millionaires are able to achieve the state where they are now and how do they get to the next level and continue to make money. As a respect to the presenters requests not to share this publicly I will not disclose the 5 factors in this post.

Overall I think this is an excellent seminar as it shows you the ways to market on the internet, how to make money online and proven methods and tricks to help you succeed in the Internet Business. As mentioned by Patric, Internet marketing doesn’t have to be complicated. It is just a simple things to grasp but it become complex when you have to do it on your own due to information overload and don’t understand the core principle of it. This seminar shows you the key secret is to simplify the steps, follow the proven methods and consistently improve on your system.

The seminar also confirms the fact that you don’t have to know all the strategies to make money online. Just follow the latest methods of generating income from the Internet Business as demonstrated by both Ewen and Patric. Even though I am already familiar with many of the concepts and methods presented, I still think the information are very valuable for me because it confirmed my understanding on how to do Internet Marketing and it validated my learning experiences are on the right track.

I will be applying some of the ideas and tricks that I have learned to some of my own websites. I highly recommend anyone who want to have a head start to Internet Business attend this seminar if it ever come to you region.

Both of the presenters have on offer their own Internet Marketing program during the seminar.  Between two I would take up Ewen program as I think it is a better option for me. Also the fact that I am already doing auto blogging so it doesn’t make any financial senses for me to take up Patric’s program. I am waiting for their next seminar to be held in Kuala Lumpur to sign up for Ewen’s Cloning Program.

So overall I think the seminar has achieved it objectives except for one. The tagline of the seminar stated that “See A Profitable Internet Business Created LIVE in Front of Your Eyes!” I think they should remove the word profitable from the tagline.

When I arrived at the seminar venue this morning, I was really surprised by the number of attendees attending this event. A total of more than 250 attendees jam packed the seminar room. Now I know a lot of people in this region also want to make it in the Internet Business. The attendees are mainly from Singapore and a few (like me) that comes from other countries in this region.

The agenda of the seminar is follow:

The first day started with both Ewen and Patric sharing on their stories on how they get started in the Internet Business.  They then go into what are the mindsets required to be successful in this business. 

Ewen then walked through the general flow of how an Internet Business works.  These morning sessions were done mostly on the fly. Both of them have not prepared any presentation materials or scripts. Key concepts are drawn on the flip charts to demonstrate the concepts.

After lunch, Ewen started the first live demo on affiliate marketing. He shows us how to use Clickbank and how affiliate link work. He then shows us how to create a simple squeeze page to build a list. From there he shows how he uses his autoresponder to capture the visitor name and email address. After that he shows us how to upload the squeeze page to one of his domain and make the page live. Finally he demonstrated how the squeeze page work and how the visitors are bought to the merchant sales page.

Patric then come on stage to discuss some ways to enhance on the conversion rate of the squeeze page, through the use of free reports or eBooks. He shows us a simple way on how to create a simple free report using free contents from EzineArticles.com.

He also discuss briefly on what are the key contents of a good sales page. He uses the webpage of this Internet Business seminar as an example to illustrate what are the different elements of copy writing of a good sales page.

At the end of the 1^st day, both Ewen and Patric answered questions fielded from some of the attendees.

As someone who learn about Internet Business from free online information and from a few Internet Business information products. I think I now have a better understanding of how Internet Business works. The live session on day 1 confirm all the learning that I had over the years and validated that the knowledge and skills I have now can help me to progress further in my Internet Business.

My thought about the content of day 1 is that they are adequate. Having gone through the process of creating squeeze page of my own trying to sell Clickbank products, I can relate to the flow of the Internet Business model that were demonstrated. Of course it is easier for Ewen as he was using his own Clickbank products and sales page for the demonstration. However he has demonstrated the whole process of how to do affiliate marketing to the attendees in straight forward way.

One advantage of attending such a live event is that you can finally see prove of the monetary gain of a successful Internet Marketer. Ewen actually login into his PayPal account and shows the attendees the amount of money he made as an affiliate of Hostgator. He also login to his autoresponder account and show us some of the lists that he has built. It is no wonder that it is so easy for him to make money on the Internet Marketing niche because the total number of subscribers he used for the demo alone is more than half a million. He has more than one autoresponder service providers and he mentioned that his total subscriber is more than 800,000! Now that is the power of having a big list and convinced me that list building is the very first step to Internet Marketing.

I also like the fact that the content of this Internet Business seminar is slightly technical in nature. This ensures that we focus on the “how to” component of an Internet Business rather than focus on explanation of each of the component. Both the presenters also emphasized that the core technical training will only be provided through another workshop as part of their new Internet Marketing program. I am happy with this kind of arrangement as it allows me to focus on the how rather learning about the basic skills like WordPress, hosting, domain name, DNS etc.

When I signed up for this event, the sales copy of the Live Internet Business website stated very clearly that they will only do this once and they will not be repeating this event anymore. But when Patric open up the same page again today, I saw that they have planned the same event for Malaysia. If I knew this is the case, I would have just stay home and waited for that event to come to me. Well at least I understand now that the copy writing of that sales page really worked. It convinced me that there will not be another one and I fall for it. So this is one of the biggest learning points I get out of this event for day 1.

Since I started my Internet Business, I always wanted to attend a live Internet Business seminar. I believed in this investment as the a good education on how the Internet Business works and learning on how to clone what other who has done it successfully can help me to achieve my goals faster.

So far everything I have learned about Internet Business has been from free resources available on the Internet. I have also purchased several Internet Information products that teach me how to set up a website and autoblog. Since I am a techie I have been able to pick up all the necessary information and skills to start venturing in this Internet Business. However I have no way to validate what I know and what I have done so far is the right way or not. Maybe that’s the reason why I am still struggling in terms of financial goal because I have not cracked the code on how to do it properly.

Attending a live Internet Business seminar by an Internet Marketing Guru has always been my dream. However almost all the good Internet Business seminars are held in the United States so it becomes very cost prohibitive to even consider to attend one. Over the years I have received several emails on Live Internet Business seminar from Internet Marketing Guru like Frank Kern, Mark Joyner, and Tellman Knudson. However the costs of the seminar alone will already cost more than the airfare for me just to fly over there. As a newbie, there is just no way for me to justify the cost to attend any one of these seminars.

I have been a subscriber to Ewen Chia email list ever since I started so I have been following his work online. When his email on his live Internet Business seminar came in today, I jumped at the opportunity. He has teamed up with Patric Chan to host a two days Live Internet Business seminar. I have not heard of Patric Chan before but the fact that Ewen Chia is co-hosting this event is already good enough a reason for me. The is just no better way to learn from a guru who has done is all and now that he is going to (hopefully) review his secrets of his success live, this alone should already cover the cost of the event, which incidentally is only US$67. This is a steal from a education cost perspective.

Even though he will be holding his seminar in Singapore which is 4 hours drive from my home, I felt that this is too good an opportunity to be missed. All in the total cost for this trip is going to be more than 10 times cheaper compared to if I were to attend one in the United State. I immediately sign up for this seminar and booked the hotel on the same day. This is my commitment to further my Internet Business education and I have taken the action. Now I am just eagerly waiting for that day to come when I will be seeing Ewen and Patric in actions. I do need to find out more about Patric Chan today.

Update: I didn’t know that Patric Chan is my fellow country man. I have no idea how I have never come across him or his internet business venture. I must find a way to keep myself more updated on the local Internet Business communities.
